Project and Event Assistant for "AlEx+ | Alumni for Excellence" (f/m/d)

Job Description:

As part of the "AlEx+" team, you will support all project and event tasks of our project:
Assisting in the preparation, organization and implementation of events, workshops and formats
Developing and establishing an alumni program for those interested in starting their own business
Supporting public relations: creating press releases, preparing PR texts and thematic contributions
Internal and external networking and collaboration with the project team and administration
Supporting students, employees and alumni interested in entrepreneurship with relevant topics and offers from the university

In addition, you will actively contribute to further expanding and sustaining the entrepreneurial spirit through various measures on-site or digitally, as well as through networking activities within the regional start-up network.

Expected Qualifications:

Completed university degree (Bachelor) in social or engineering sciences
Very good MS Office skills and very good oral and written communication skills in German; additional knowledge of English is an advantage
Strong commitment and independence (structured, responsible, precise and goal and serviceoriented way of working)
Friendly, customeroriented, creative, reliable, and resilient
Team, organizational and communication skills
Ideally, contacts in the Berlin-Brandenburg startup scene as well as in startup and innovation networks
