Your Profile:

Completed vocational training as a tourism specialist in the field of business travel
Experience in handling group and business travel
Excellent knowledge of Amadeus and Farelogix, as well as IATA and Deutsche Bahn
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Good knowledge of English
Strong team, communication, and concentration skills
Willingness to provide "premium service"
Customer satisfaction is in your DNA
Independent work ethic
