    WHO WE ARE:Welcome We are a family-operated company with three locations in Doral.

    We are a fun bunch who are passionate about providing our guests with the best dining experience. Our Sesame family is made up of talented team members who always care and are ready to take you on a True Asian food adventure.

    The chic, stylish dining destination promises to deliver lively food and drink scene complete with a menu of premium meats & seafood served a la carte and tapas style.

    Composed of traditional recipes from all over Asia, utilizing seasonal ingredients, we cook one step short of craziness.

    We offer a unique beverage program that combines artisanal sake cocktails and molecular homemade sodas.

    OUR MISSION:Our goal is to provide our guests with an inviting neighborhood restaurant offering detail-oriented Asian fusion cuisine and an exquisite dining experience. We strive to bring together caring, warm and intelligent individuals who love to serve and who will help deliver this mission.

    REQUIREMENT:
    • At least 1 year of restaurant experience. Be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
    Line Cooks:
    • Full-time & Part-time (Knows how to use a wok is preferred).
    • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
    • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
    • Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
    • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
    • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
