- Plans, develops, mentors, manages, and oversees the talent acquisition team, processes, and strategies
- Coordinates and collaborates within HR and the company to develop the recruitment and sourcing strategies that result in ensuring a full talent pipeline solving staffing delinquencies
- Builds partnerships within the organization and delivers Talent acquisition training to ensure interviewing is effective and provides a positive candidate experience
- Ensures recruiting and sourcing are providing the appropriate level of support to hiring managers and leaders required to operate effectively
- Creates, analyzes, and reports on recruiting and talent development metrics. Reports on all job vacancies, new requests, and future staffing needs
- Leads the creation or redesign of policies and processes that result in effective recruitment and development of staff
- Responsible for the acquisition of talent, new hire orientation, employee onboarding, and ongoing talent development
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for attracting, developing, and retaining talent and top performers
- Partner on development and support implementation of employment brand initiatives
- In collaboration with HR Business Partners owns the talent management lifecycle, which includes attraction and selection, performance management, retention, and employee/ leader development
- Responsible for creating, monitoring, and evaluating systems/processes that result in the development of all employees
- Recommends and develops new programs based on research and effectively implements these programs
- Continuously review the current state process, collect feedback from business partners, and determine process improvement opportunities. Create a positive candidate experience for all individuals in the JM hiring and onboarding process.
- Assists with the development and management of the recruiting and development budget
- Stays up to date on talent and recruitment trends
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent management, talent development, and talent acquisition preferred
- PHR/SPHR preferred

Role Overview:
This position is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of talent acquisition programs and initiatives. Additionally, this role will lead to creating a development program that aligns with leadership priorities. The qualified candidate will consistently develop talent and build a strategic pipeline of skilled and highly talented individuals. This role will operate as a change agent providing the tools to support and implement changes that impact operations and culture. This position is responsible for assessing talent needs by involving appropriate search efforts, recruiting, interviewing, and referral of qualified applicants.
