    Join Anaplan's growing Privacy Team as our new

    Privacy Compliance Manager.

    We seek a candidate who can come into an Anaplan office on a hybrid schedule 2 days/week.

    Your Impact

    Assist with DPA reviews and negotiations

    Maintain current knowledge of applicable federal, state, and international privacy laws and accreditation standards, and monitor advancements in information privacy technologies to ensure organizational adaptation and compliance

    Develop and maintain internal and external privacy policies, guidelines, and best practices for Anaplan

    Draft and maintain appropriate privacy and confidentiality consent, authorization forms and information notices and materials reflecting current organization and legal practices and requirements

    Works with the GTM team to confirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations for marketing, advertising, profiling and publicity

    Monitors and communicates regulatory changes that impact Anaplan products, services and business activities

    Develop and lead PbD process and assessments

    Interfaces with data protection authorities, and works councils, as needed, to address regulatory issues, concerns or questions

    Conduct periodical privacy maturity and regulatory compliance assessments

    Your

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree;JD and/or LLM degree or foreign equivalent preferred

    5+ years of work experience in privacy or information security compliance

    CIPP certification

    Experience using OneTrust tool

    Experience, and more importantly personal interest, in technology, the internet, and all things digital

    Experience writing playbooks, policies, and SOPs

    Knowledge of controls frameworks or standards (ISO, NIST)

    Knowledge of global privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and reporting requirements such as Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs)

    Experience with analyzing technology products to determine their compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as identifying and driving remediation actions (specific program management experience in privacy or security compliance preferred)

    Detail-oriented and ability to coordinate across multiple teams/countries/timezones

    Strong sense of problem-solving and proactive work ethic

    Determination to face tough challenges in a fast-paced environment while keeping a sense of humor
