Support the professional team with your expertise as a full-time
Customer Service Representative/Advisor (m/f/d).

This is what your daily work looks like:

Telephone support for existing customers
Processing customer orders (transfers, card services, data maintenance)
Providing information about bank products and conditions
Delivering highquality customer service
