Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating material qualification and communication with suppliers/third parties
  • Ensuring the supply of qualified and suitable materials for production areas
  • Processing and tracking technical and pharmaceutical change requests (Change Manager)
  • Acting as Change Manager for complex crossfunctional change controls
  • Preparing for, participating in, and following up on inspections
  • Conducting GMP tours and serving as a contact for GMPrelated inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree (Diploma/Master/Bachelor) in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy with professional experience or a scientific vocational training with many years of experience
  • Indepth knowledge of processes within biological clinical sample production under GMP conditions
  • Extensive technical understanding of all production areas, processes, and tasks within the department
  • Excellent language skills in German and English for successful communication with international partners and authorities (e.g. technical language, concise formulation)
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, planning and organizational skills, and works independently and responsibly with a high level of initiative, proactive thinking and action, systematic approach, and team spirit.
