The COSI Student Specialist must be willing to deliver exceptional customer service and be able to support the COSI Completion Navigators projects. The student employee must be attentive to detail and capable of providing administrative support to the office as needed.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

General data entry
Tabling for resource fairs, recruitment and events as needed
Support with event programming including flyer creation, set up/tear down and clean up.
Provide quality customer service to anyone that comes into the office
Schedule appointments for COSI Staff
Assist in office organization and cleanliness
Direct students to appropriate department and resources
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Students must be awarded work study hours by the Financial Aid office
Minimum 2.0 grade point average (GPA)
Be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CCA
Intermediate computer skills including familiarity of Microsoft software, the internet, and general computer trouble shooting
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
Respect for diversity and inclusion of others

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must have completed FAFSA on file
Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
Must be seeking an eligible program of study
