- Collaborate with Graduate Program Directors regarding student placement needs as required for their program of study.
- Schedule planning meetings with the Graduate Program Directors
- Draft, review, and send communications to partner agencies and students.
- Enters data into proprietary software programs to ensure accurate and consistent information for reporting purposes.
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high quality customer service to students, partner agencies, and internal personnel.
- Ensure timely communication with students, partner agencies and internal personnel.
- Assist with creating and revising workflow documents as needed.

- Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.

- Experience working with students and faculty in an educational environment.
- Experience scheduling, coordinating, and providing support for small- and large-scale meetings and special events.

The College of Nursing is seeking a full-time Classified Graduate Placement Scheduler (Administrative Assistant III) position.
The Graduate Placement Specialist provides administrative support for all aspects of the graduate clinical placements processes required for graduate nursing education.
