Job Description:
Answers incoming calls and emails in a professional and effective manner inbound calls)
Entering orders promptly and accurately – this may include special or large volume projects orders a day. 1 line item to 70 line items)
Email - inbound emails would be between 30-40 a day
Assisting with Architecture products, over 6,000 skew numbers
Managing backorders by proactively following up with relevant parties with updated lead time information
Developing a strong understanding of their products and able to assist customers with product selection and basic trouble shooting
Providing pricing and availability to customers, including quotes that require adherence to their Quality Management System (QMS ) procedures
