You will utilize your blend of operational and technical career experience and expertise to integrate leading-edge R&D and commercial technology initiatives and capabilities that will integrate and synchronize operations, activities, investments, initiatives, and tasks across the information operations domain.

You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and managing delivered RII technologies and capabilities within the U.S.

Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) and make sure requirements from all stakeholders are well understood, captured, and relayed through the appropriate channels using thorough and concise reporting methods.

You will constantly collaborate with the RII program leads to ensure and maintain overall RII and program understanding of your organization's requirements and any user desired modifications or additional data requirements.

Provide subject matter expertise on the implementation and management of RII's core Command and Control (C2) automation capability software in support of global integration and C2 efforts supporting the CYBERCOM JOC and staff at Fort Meade, Maryland
Provide strategic insight, analytical support, system training, and advisory services to help drive successful planning and execution of C2 system integration, with a focus on concept exploration and experimentation pertaining to Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO)
Support the Agile development, integration, use and enhancement of our software for mission planning, execution, and assessment in support of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) campaigns from a tactical to a strategic level
Provide C2 system support to the planning and execution of Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs) in the information environment while engaging with senior leadership and representatives to support the integration and use of RII's software throughout the organization's battle rhythm
Establish Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to eliminate bottlenecks, streamline capability development and deployment, and improve practices that will enhance the quality and velocity of information flow
Develop and deliver clear and concise presentations and reports up to the four-star level to convey observations, results, and recommendations that capture the interests of the end user and other possible stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated real-world experience in the below areas
Must be able to work independently with limited oversight, and function effectively as part of a geographically separated operations team
Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with senior level stakeholders (Government,
Military, Corporate) in / with diverse environments / backgrounds, and identify important strategic takeaways
Must have strong planning, problem solving, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Must have a sound understanding of cyber situational awareness, cyber C2, planning, execution, and integration as well as the cyber tasking order life cycle
Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting facts using the appropriate data collection and dissemination tools/techniques/methods
Identify sub-optimal processes, technical and operational problems/risks, and develop and/or recommend innovative solutions or mitigation steps
Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications as well as other off-the-shelf capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset - actively seek out new opportunities, use cases and activities that would benefit from our deployed capabilities
Must have experience developing TTPs, SOPs, or other process documents
Experience creating and maintaining training curriculum and providing in-person or virtual classes
Experience with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) or Military Decision Making process (MDMP) sufficient to engage Combatant Command and Service
Component leadership on operational matters related to the system and suggested enhancements to current battle rhythm with large-scale integrations
Understanding of Combatant Command organization and responsibilities including B2C2WG

Desired Skills and Experience

The equivalent of a bachelor's degree; Computer science, engineering, IT, or a related discipline a plus
Hands on Experience and / or field exposure to conducting cyber related activities such as CEH, OCO, DCO, or DODIN operations
Experience working with or supporting Command Joint Cyber Centers (JCC), Cyberspace operations-integrated planning elements, or other cyber centric cells at any echelon
Experience working at a Combatant Command (J3, J35, J39, J5), Sub-unified Command, Service Component Command or Joint Staff level
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiar with systems engineering processes for developing/documenting requirements; experience with the Agile software development process preferred

IT Certifications such as:
CompTIA Network , Security , CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) a bonus

Required Clearance

This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a current CI Poly to be considered.
