- Seventeen years of experience with SIGINT Radio communications collection systems
- Twelve years of experience with wideband communication exploitation systems such as GLAIVE, TIDYTIPS, or Ship Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE-INC E/F).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Intelligence Systems or related technical field from an accredited college or university.
- A Master's degree in a related technical field may be substituted for two years of experience.
- Four years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
- Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
- Up to $10,000 bonus for each referral.
- Additional bonuses for exceptional performance, assisting with business development and company growth.
