- Supervise Accounts Payable processes for accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Perform accounting functions to maintain compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Support the preparation of financial statements on a regular basis.
- Analyze budget variances and aid in financial report preparations.
- Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations and analysis.
- Prepare accruals and allocation schedules for financial accuracy.
- Assist in audit preparations and tax returns.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for efficiency within the accounting function.
- Manage special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 5+ years of corporate accounting experience.
- Accounting certification (CPA, CMA, CA) preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax laws.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Compliance with financial laws, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Effective in multitasking and entrepreneurial environments.
