- Open and route incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.
- Greet and assist employees through the Employee Entrance, telephone or via email.
- Human Resources Staff Administrative Support.
- Coordinating and assisting with new hire orientations, trainings, communication with departments regarding new hires.
- Assist recruitment with recruiting processes.
- Assist benefits administration with the benefits process.
- Create and print memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Update records/status changes within HRIS.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying and collating.
- Miscellaneous projects.

The Human Resources Associate provides administrative support to the Human Resources department; Miscellaneous projects are assigned as needed.
