    Description
    We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Quality Management professional to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA.

    In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of care delivered at our partner healthcare facility.

    If you are passionate about quality improvement and have a strong background in nursing, we encourage you to apply.
    *Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

    • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for changes as needed
    • Provide education and training to staff members on quality improvement principles and best practices
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
    • Serve as a resource and support system for staff members, addressing any concerns or questions related to quality management
    *Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management or a related field

    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
