The University of Landshut is a dynamic university of applied sciences, excellently positioned in the fields of engineering, business, social work, and in practical teaching and applied research.
The University of Landshut is currently seeking a Science Communication Officer (m/f/d) with a focus on science, transfer and entrepreneurship to start as soon as possible. The employment contract is limited to two years.

Your tasks

  • Collaboration in the Department of University Communication, especially in operational internal and external communication - with a focus on press and public relations for science, transfer and entrepreneurship
  • Co-development and implementation of a professional communication concept for the University of Landshut
  • Creation of press releases, social media posts, newsletters and other communication materials, taking into account the respective channel / target group for various technical and public topics
  • Maintaining contacts with stakeholders in the university, politics, education administration, external media (especially specialist media) and the general public
  • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of events in science, transfer and entrepreneurship
