In this diverse role, you will play a key role in further improving our development and helping more people improve their quality of life.

Your responsibilities

  • You support our rapid and sustainable growth by taking responsibility for our demand planning and ensuring that we are always able to deliver.
  • You are responsible for our entire supply chain, including all relationships with contract manufacturers, ingredients, 3PL and sales channels, and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • You bring more transparency and accuracy to our decision-making processes through better controlling, help us manage our cash flow better, and improve reporting processes.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business or engineering or a similar field.
  • You have several years of relevant experience in the B2C sector - ideally in e-commerce in the beauty or CPG segments.
  • You feel particularly comfortable in a numbers-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, without losing sight of the big picture.
  • You have fluent German
