- Provides confidential administrative support to the Program
- Work as part of the Program's administrative team, in collaboration with Family Partner(s), Assistant Director, and Program Director.
- Greet and direct visitors
- Actively involved in supporting and promoting Nurtury in the community.
- Assist in signing classrooms in and out of the building
- Conduct playground safety check and assist in set up for meetings
- Filing/coping, managing office and classroom supplies
- Work with Program Director to maintain and build enrollment and facilitate communications with parents – foster parent involvement.
- Prepare administrative and statistical reports as needed.
- Assist in maintaining Minute Menu and other data entry as assigned by Program Director
- Assist in updating children's records, to include attendance, health and related authorizations, permissions, etc.
- Provide coverage in classrooms as needed
- Perform other related duties as required
- High school diploma
- Bilingual, Spanish-English, strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of, and highly skilled in the use of computers, including MS Office, Internet/email, database software.
- Professional telephone etiquette
