    Job Description

    Our client, a rapidly expanding restoration services company in Denver, CO, is on the lookout for a General Manager with a knack for steering the ship towards success. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for providing leadership, overseeing strategic planning, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Drive the achievement of strategic objectives through effective implementation and constant refinement of the Plan.
    • Surpass company targets in various key areas such as Sales, Net Profit, and customer satisfaction.
    • Cultivate profitable customer relationships that benefit both parties.
    • Promote a team-oriented environment aligned with the company's Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

    Additional Duties and Responsibilities

    • Offer recommendations on investments and cash strategies.
    • Ensure timely filing of all taxes and maintain vendor and customer file integrity.
    • Supervise the development and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
    • Participate in various industry-related organizations and events.

    Decision Rights and Authority

    • Establish the long and short-term direction for the company.
    • Manage purchases, negotiate contracts, and set compensation schedules.
    • Handle all matters pertaining to company policy.

    Working Relationships and Scope

    • Maintain open communication with the owner(s) and CEO.
    • Ensure cohesive collaboration between Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with industry contacts and community partners.

    Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, coupled with extensive managerial experience. MBA preferred.
    • Financial Reports and Documents: Proficient in interpreting financial reports and translating them into actionable strategies.
    • Strategic Skills: Capable of identifying opportunities and threats while understanding the big picture.
    • Constructive Confrontation: Skilled in managing conflicts through open communication and feedback.
    • Conflict Management: Able to navigate conflicts to achieve optimal resolutions.
    • Mathematical Skills: Proficient in financial analysis and performance tracking.
    • Listening Skills: Empathetic listener who values others' perspectives.
    • Computer Skills: Proficient in various software for business operations.
