    Description
    The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing field support for company products throughout and beyond the sales cycle.

    This role involves working in tandem with the engineering and sales departments to deliver outstanding service to the company's diverse client base.

    The specialist is tasked with helping customers navigate any challenges, complications, or issues that may arise with any of the products or systems.

    The ideal candidate for the Technical Support Specialist position should possess exceptional analytical and communication abilities, a comprehensive understanding of hardware and software systems, and robust problem-solving skills.

    They should be capable of swift thinking to devise solutions that align seamlessly with our customers' needs and expectations.

    Bachelor's degree in related field

    Previous experience in industrial engineering field/manufacturing industry
    Hands-on technical support experience (non-IT) more so Engineering customer support

    3-5 years with Microsoft Office & Windows Operating Systems (they use one note/outlook/teams/ CRM Zoho

    Knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems

    Experience or knowledge of electrical diagrams, mechanical/plumbing arrangements so they are able to answer customer troubleshooting questions

    They will be looking through Manuel of systems and helping customers with support questions, if need be they will escalate issue to engineering team.


    Excellent communication:
    ability to communicate with customers, sales team, and engineering team

    Excellent customer service skills.
