    Youll join Xplor Field Services - the team that develops business management software for the Field Service Industry. We offer business owners an all-in-one software system, which handles scheduling, invoicing, and customer service responsibilities. Our software helps thousands of contractors and field service entrepreneurs build highly profitable businesses with less stress, and better control over their growth.

    As a **Technical Support Specialist**, you are responsible for assisting customers with the highest level of customer services through verbal and written communication, while also ensuring higher tiered support clients are assisted in a timely manner.

    Resolve incoming client inquiries through verbal and written communication

    Use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations and turn them into opportunities for superior customer service

    Become technical experts of FieldEdge and competitor software systems

    Ensure thorough diagnosis of underlying client issues not stopping at the what, but drilling down into the how and why

    Educate customers on best practices
