- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of audit services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for audit-related matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Review and evaluate audit work papers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure compliance with auditing standards and firm policies.
- Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership, providing actionable insights to improve business processes and controls.
- Stay current with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Assist with business development activities, including identifying opportunities for additional services and participating in client proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated services and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets and timelines.
