    The Role:
    The Senior Event Sales Manager position at Puttshack involves driving event sales at the venue, managing property platforms, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and exceeding revenue goals. This role requires upholding Puttshack standards, optimizing financial performance, and fostering relationships within the local community to expand the brand.



    Responsibilities:

    • Lead by example and embody Puttshack Core Values
    • Manage sales team schedules and coverage efficiently
    • Utilize sales data to enhance performance and profitability
    • Collaborate with the Kitchen team for event coordination
    • Review sponsorship requests for brand alignment
    • Forecast event revenue and strategize for growth
    • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports
    • Establish new business connections using local market insights
    • Build relationships with Community Stakeholders
    • Apply Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for performance standards


    Requirements:

    • Innovative spirit with a focus on intentional growth
    • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated care and dedication to exceeding expectations
    • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
    • Prior experience in sales management in high-volume hospitality settings
    • Familiarity with local businesses and client base
    • 3+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Flexible availability for varied shifts
    • Physical stamina for active work roles
