Your qualifications at a glance:

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, or you can demonstrate a comparable completed education
You have first professional experience in training and personnel development
Ideally, you also have a qualification as a trainer in the commercial sector
You have sound knowledge of labor, social, and industrial relations law

This is what your day looks like with us:

As a member of our team, you are responsible for planning and organizing personnel development and training measures
You are the first point of contact in the South region for our training academy "RECADEMY"
In addition, you will support our apprentices, dual students, and trainees at the Munich location from hiring to takeover and advise the branches in the South region in this area
You will also take on various HR projects (e.g. as part of employer
