We are currently seeking a motivated caretaker m/f/d for a well-known client in Chemnitz, to be employed on a temporary basis as soon as possible.

These tasks do not have seasonal fluctuations, therefore a long-term assignment is possible. The companies where you will be working are easily accessible by public transportation at all times. Good German language skills (listening, understanding, writing, and speaking) are required for employment.

These are your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining green areas (mowing lawns, trimming hedges and trees)
  • Cleaning pathways and asphalt surfaces
  • Performing minor repairs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a caretaker is desirable but not mandatory. We also welcome applicants with a background in manual work and provide thorough training for a smooth transition into the role.
