    we develop technology to reliably migrate and manage enterprise business processes with scalable automation infrastructure, using safe and effective AI.

    We're working hard to help people spend less time on repetitive monotonous tasks that a computer could do, and instead let them focus on things that matter.

    Luminai is revolutionizing the way in which operational teams get work done, by developing and deploying more efficient ways to complete activities.

    You'll be working on cutting edge software with a team of people who are supportive and collaborative, and care a lot about details.

    About the role

    As the Founding Product Manager at Luminai, you will be a key driver of our product development and overall success.

    You will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to define, prioritize, and execute our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual to make a lasting impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

    We're looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in AI products and exceptionally gifted at delivering products that customers love.

    This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of some set in-office work days each week. Our office is located in San Mateo, CA.
    What you'll do

    Product Strategy:
    Develop and execute the product strategy, translating the company vision into a compelling and innovative product roadmap.

    Market Research:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations.

    Product Development:


    Lead end-to-end product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.


    User Experience:
    Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience that resonates with our target audience.

    Iterative Improvement:


    Implement an iterative approach to product development, continuously gathering feedback, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to enhance and refine the product.


    Stakeholder Communication:
    Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and results to internal stakeholders, external partners, and investors.

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    Who we're looking for
    Proven experience as a Product Manager in a startup environment.
    Strong understanding of ML, AI, and automation products, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and pivot as necessary.
    Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take calculated risks.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    Passion for technology and a commitment to staying up to date on industry trends.
