    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate pediatric physical therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with a variety of developmental delays, injuries, and conditions. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop customized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to help children reach their full potential.

    Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate children with developmental delays, injuries, and conditions to determine their needs and create individualized treatment plans
    • Work with parents, caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each child's unique goals
    • Use a variety of physical therapy techniques to improve children's motor function, strength, coordination, and flexibility
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to children and their families
    • Document all patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in electronic medical records
    • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with speech and occupational therapists on our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
    Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
    • Current state PT license
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and their families
    • Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices for working with pediatric patients
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
