    Short Description


    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated new-to-practice nurse practitioner (APN) or physician assistant (PA) interested in joining our innovative fellowship program.

    This 12-month fellowship is tailored for APNs or PAs new to practice, offering opportunities for clinical and professional advancement in a supportive environment. The program focuses on mentor-guided clinical practice in areas like acute care, oncology, cardiology, palliative care, and critical care, alongside professional development in evidence-based practice and quality improvement.


    Responsibilities:
    • Provide medical services under clinical preceptor supervision.
    • Conduct quality, performance, or research projects.
    • Participate in educational events and seminars.
    • Rotate through various hospital roles for comprehensive experience.
    • Engage in regular progress evaluations and presentations.


    Experience Required


    0-2 years of experience
    Education Requirements


    Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner with Acute Care certification or Physician Assistant
    License/Certification Requirements


    New Jersey license as Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
    *Acute care certification for Nurse Practitioners; PA NCCPA
    AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
    Eligibility for DEA and CDS certificates


    Special Requirements


    Schedule - Days/Hours: Full-time position; Sunday to Saturday; day and night shifts. One-year commitment.
