Job Title:
Production and Packaging Area Manager (m/f/d)

Start Date: 1st or 15th of the month

Contract Type:
Temporary with the goal of permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the operational production process in the large part packaging area
  • Meeting customer requirements for quantity, deadlines, and quality
  • Respectful management of approximately 10 employees with and without disabilities
  • Leading your team in a task and employeeoriented manner, conducting regular personnel discussions (feedback, returntowork discussions, etc.), and setting an example for your team
  • Managing personnel deployment and using MS Office applications for administrative tasks
  • Responsible for continuous improvement processes and efficiency increases in your area
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations, as well as maintaining order, cleanliness, and standards in the department
  • Close cooperation and coordination with adjacent production areas
  • Implementing standardization in your area and further developing work instructions
