Coats is looking for a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) / CNC- Fräser (m/w/d) in Lennestadt for direct placement on behalf of a long-standing partner.

Responsibilities, Skills and Responsibilities

Creating milling programs for mechanical processing on 3- and 5-axis machining machines (Hermle, Fehlmann) based on technical drawings or CAD data
Setting up and monitoring CNC machining machines
Checking and quality control of manufactured components using suitable measuring instruments
Maintenance and upkeep of machining machines
Deriving, manufacturing and measuring electrodes (copper)
Coordination with tool design for the design of new tools
Undertaking repair, maintenance and upkeep measures for injection molding tools
Participation in technology projects and implementation of new machining technologies and tools
Active participation in continuous improvement measures to increase the lifespan and quality of tools, machines, and components

Qualifications

Successful completion of training as a tool mechanic (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
In-depth knowledge of tool technology (injection molding)
Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field is advantageous
