    Description

    A luxury, high-volume, catering company serving the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan areas is seeking two experienced, high-performing, catering event managers for their on-premise magnificent venues.


    The perfect candidate will have hands-on, high-volume experience leading and supporting a staff of team members delivering exceptional experiences to guests.

    Catering Event Manager Requirements:
    High positive energy leader with a passion for serving others
    A keen eye for the small details that make a BIG difference
    3+ years of EM experience in high-volume unit(s) - 8M+
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Exceptional organization skills
    Strong ability to problem-solve


    Catering Event Manager Responsibilities:
    Collaborate on event details with event designers and lead chefs
    Plan all details of event, including layout, style of event, and staff required
    Prepare a detailed plan of action for each event
    Oversee the execution of events with a hands-on approach
    Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and team members
    Answer guest questions and accommodate guests request, as appropriate
