We are currently seeking a dynamic and client-focused Financial Advisor (Service Advisor) to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with a Lead Financial Advisor to manage their book of business, execute the client service process, enhance existing client relationships, and identify new client referral opportunities.
This position offers an exciting chance for individuals eager to grow their career in the financial advising sector while contributing to our clients' success.
Candidates are required to have an active Series 65or
Series 7 & Series 66
or
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) to be eligible and considered for this role.
What You'll Do
Build, maintain, and solidify client relationships, including being second chair on larger client relationships
Coordinate new client onboarding, handle various client service requests, and delegate tasks to the administrative support team
Assist the Lead Advisor in managing the client life cycle, participate in client meetings, and maintain detailed notes
Take ownership of follow-up items from client meetings and ensure their prompt and accurate completion
Coordinate the creation of financial plans and implement approved financial plans under the supervision of the Lead Advisor
Learn business development strategies through ongoing client service, identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships, and engage with clients to create referral opportunities
What You'll Bring
Active Series 65
or
Series 7 and Series 66 certification is required
Preference will be given to candidates who hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, or those who are committed to obtaining these qualifications within a specified time frame
A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in delivering direct client advice is required for this position
High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required
While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we welcome candidates who possess a combination of relevant experience and education

Reports to the Client Service Manager
No direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions on the team
Regular Full-Time
Exempt/No Overtime
Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
Frequent travel to client meetings and networking events is expected for this position
Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly production bonus opportunities
