    Responsibilities

    • Function as the primary project contact for clients and internal groups.
    • Take projects from original concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers providing continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion following client requirements.
    • Develop and support professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
    • Provide occasional after-hour support of client implementations.
    • Play a role in the operational readiness of new products and features, ensuring the implementation process is outlined, well-documented, and scalable.
    • Manage and drive multiple efforts simultaneously with a focus on implementation excellence.
    • Must have excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to effectively multitask, facilitate issue resolution, attention to detail.

    What you will need to have:

    • Six plus years of project management experience,
    • One to three years of experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • High School Diploma/GED.

    What would be great to have:

    • Previous EFT/Financial industry experience.
    • Positive mental attitude.
    • Master's degree in business.
    • Project Management Certification.

    This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York, or Washington.
