- Ideates and develops the channel marketing strategy for Luxury and Upper Premium brands that drive sales and profitable growth across multiple channels
- Executes strategic marketing campaigns aligned with overall brand direction
- Closely collaborates with key internal stakeholders - including Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Global Regional Leads - to ideate programs that achieve goals.
- Contributes to the creation of KPI's. Measures programs, communicates results of sell-in & sell-through in markets. Provides solutions based on results.
- Act as Luxury point of contact for corporate sales team and agency reps
- Develop and activate customer promotions, programs, and integrated marketing plans, including brand specific displays, merchandising and POS assets
- Assists with the product launch process including post-launch maintenance in the channel
- Collaborate with digital marketing counterparts to coordinate customer specific marketing initiatives
- B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Communications, or related business field
- 8+ years marketing experience, preferably in channel/customer marketing and brand management in a large, fast paced matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- 5+ years of experience with project management and stage gate type frameworks.
- Strong ability to glean insights and tell a story from data, analytics and insights inspiring action and change
- Strong fiscal management skills with demonstrated record of improving efficiency of marketing spend
- Curious, creative, passionate, and innovative thinker - enthusiastic about the opportunities of the future and always in learning mode
- Skillful and impactful communicator with the ability to deliver presentations with poise, confidence, and authentic style
- Proven ability to establish relationships, trust and credibility and follow through on decisions
- Previous luxury brand or fashion experience or passion a plus.
- This role will require 20% travel, predominantly domestic.
