Responsibilities:

You are responsible for independently leading and planning various construction projects such as apartment renovations, kindergarten conversions, sports halls, and more.
You take on the role of client representative and coordinate and supervise external trades and project partners.
You maintain regular communication with public clients.
You are responsible for monitoring your properties throughout their entire life cycle.
Various administrative tasks such as invoice verification and digitization are also part of your regular duties in this paperless operation.

Qualifications:

Completed training as a technician in the field of construction OR a degree as an architect or civil engineer (m/f/d)
2 years of experience as a planner, construction manager, project manager, architect, or in facility management
Knowledge of the Hessian Building Code
Class B driver's license
