Job Description:
As a manager, you will be responsible for motivating, leading, and developing our employees. You will also be an idea generator for image and sales-promoting measures.

Ensuring sustainable consulting and sales quality, as well as maintaining the appearance of our store and organizing smooth store operations, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your main focus will be on achieving sales targets and implementing various measures to support this goal.

You should have a strong cost-benefit mindset and previous experience in budgeting, planning, and leading a team in the retail industry.

A passion for shoes, fashion, and sales is desirable.

As a role model, you should have excellent customer service skills and be digitally savvy. Knowledge of common retail systems is preferred. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and has strong communication skills.
