Construction Accountant

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities / Duties- Import /Enter/Code all Project Requisitions and Invoices


  • Prepare/Distribute Approval Coversheets to Project Managers and Construction Admin
  • Cut Checks Upon Final Approval
  • Produce & Distribute Lien Waivers to Sub Contractors for Signature
  • Distribute/Mail Checks Upon Receipt of Lien Waivers
  • Enter Cash Activity Into Accounting System and Provide Balances When Needed
  • Enter Checks in Bank Positive Pay System
  • Work with Construction Admin to Track Sub Contractor Insurance Certificates
  • Provide Contract Updates and Payment Status as Needed Softwares / SystemsTimberline / Timberscan / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word

Pay:
$90, $95,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
