Residential Property Manager,

Property Manager, to manage and a newly built luxury residential rental buildings.

The Property Manager will interact with tenants and handle budgeting, vendors, and general operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Ensure proper maintenance and security for all properties;
Respond to emergencies 24/7 and coordinate resolution;
Be the main point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service by responding to resident service requests in a timely manner and resolving complaints;
Develop building maintenance schedules, and obtain proposals for testing and code compliance as required by NYC city agencies;

Property Maintenance

Manage building improvement projects and oversee property maintenance
Inspect work performed by outside contractors
Ensure safety of property and compliance with all OSHA regulations

Administrative/Financial

Preparation of annual operating budget
Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements including operation variations from budget
Understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Enforce property policies and procedures
Effectively manage personal and administrative function of the office

SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Exceptional resident relations/customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a very busy environment, professional, goal oriented, organized, self starter, fast learner, team player.
Strong computer skills:

Knowledge of NYC agencies, rent regulations

Pay:
$140, $160,000.00 per year
