As an Administrative Assistant you will be a vital part to the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the District Manager for our District Operations in Lebanon, NH.

The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring confidential activities that support the district's overall success.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily support to the District Manager and Bulk Plant Manager.
  • Proactively meet deadlines and compliance requirements for all state and regulatory items.
  • Directly support complex projects and ensure company database is updated to reflect progress of projects.
  • Publish daily reports, create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Research and resolve customer escalations for Consumer Agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our vendors, and internal customers (Sales, Admin, Payroll, Marketing, etc.) to be the central entrusted person in the office.
  • Planning travel arrangements, maintain appointment schedules, calendars and arrange meetings and conferences.
  • Plan and organize events, functions, and training.

Your Experience:


  • Postsecondary education, certificate program in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity.
