    As an Operational Assistant, you will play a vital part of the Company, directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the Operations Manager for our Barre, NH Branch, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the district's success.

    Your goal will be to coordinate and monitor confidential activities crucial to the district's overall performance. Your success is linked to efficiently managing tasks, providing accurate support, and maintaining effective communication channels within the branch.

    *Your Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and provide required reports.
    • Arrange meetings, special functions, and retirements as needed.
    • Provide on-call schedules for techs, drivers, and managers to the contact center.
    • Manage uniform orders and maintain allowance spreadsheets.
    • Procure office supplies for designated offices.
    • Track and assist in meeting deadlines for various projects.
    • Ensure accurate truck postings by the next business day.
    • Daily adjustment of bulk plant warehouses and trucks per empty product.
    • Timely and accurate processing of customer account adjustments.
    • Conduct proper customer follow-up.
    • Promptly research and resolve liquid inventory variances.
    • Process tank set/pickups accurately and timely.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Strong decision-making abilities.
    • Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated initiative in troubleshooting and research.

    Experience:

    • Post-secondary education, certificate program in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of administrative experience
