    Description
    Position Overview: The Graphic Designer will be work alongside our creative team to provide graphics for all platforms for Nashville SC, Huntsville City FC and Geodis Park. This team is looking for a highly creative addition that is willing to collaborate and innovate. The graphic design position reports directly to the Creative Director. Responsibilities:
    • Update templated match graphics each week with accuracy.
    • Contribute to the production of sales decks and stadium operational materials, including signage, maps, and environmental designs.
    • Engage in day-to-day design tasks across various departments including marketing, digital, sales, merchandise, operations, and partnerships.
    • Execute projects encompassing brand development, logo creation, mobile experiences, digital boards, email and web design, promotions, and social media visuals.
    • Uphold the integrity of the Nashville SC brand by ensuring all graphics and produced items adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Generate dynamic, innovative, and impactful creative content that drives sales and contributes to achieving organizational objectives.
    • Effectively manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality designs within established timelines and maintaining club brand standards.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a creative professional; background in sports and/or entertainment is advantageous.
    • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative skills including logo design, photo editing, and advertising campaigns.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
    • Experience with editing motion graphics in After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
    • Experience with photography and photo editing in Lightroom.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and teams.
    • Understanding of soccer culture and Major League Soccer is preferred.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas at a high standard.
    • Action-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
    • Keen awareness of current design trends and techniques.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet project demands.
