Job DescriptionSHR Talent is partnering with a large healthcare organization in Nashville, TN in their search for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their team. The Graphic Designer will help shape the visual identity for various internal and external-facing sub-brands. In addition, The Graphic Designer role will mockup signage, swag, and environmental visuals as needed. The Graphic Designer will be immersed with prioritized brand projects, while reporting directly to the creative team while serving in an embedded capacity with the brand team. The Graphic Designer role has a hybrid work schedule and requires 2 - 4 days in the office per week.

The Graphic Designer position requires a candidate with a strategic, systematic mindset, strong technical expertise and mindful attention to detail to manage projects from concept to refined and finalized file delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain graphic design and brand standards, ensuring a high level of excellence
• Utilize design resources and adhere to organizational guidelines
• Collaborate on architecture and visual identity systems with stakeholders
• Create executive-level presentation visuals with strategic options
• Synthesize complex data into easily digestible visuals
• Review environmental designs for brand guideline adherence
• Align design solutions with business objectives across multiple areas
• Assess existing systems and recommend improvements
• Quickly gather and organize reference materials
• Assist vendors, development teams, or other business units when needed
• Stay updated on design trends and principles
• Follow file organization and naming conventions
• Manage multiple projects and tasks independently and collaboratively

Qualifications:

• College graduate or equivalent with 3-5 years of design and brand identity experience
• Digital portfolio link, required
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
