    Careers at Medtronic: Senior Software Quality Engineer

    The Senior Software Quality Engineer is part of the core new product development team driving the software activities for glucose sensing tech and automated insulin delivery systems to impact diabetics globally. Working on solutions like insulin pumps, data-driven mobile and web apps, cloud services.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Lead quality core team for embedded software solutions
    • Define quality strategy aligned with business goals
    • Participate in design reviews and risk management activities
    • Lead CAPA projects and regulatory audits
    • Drive quality improvement projects for compliance standards

    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical Field with 4+ years of experience
    • OR Advanced Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in software design, verification, validation
    • Exposure to medical device compliance standards
    • Ability to author technical reports
    • SCRUM/SAFe/Certifications are preferred
