As an HR Generalist at Service Professor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and management team.

You will oversee various HR functions, including HRIS administration, policy interpretation, employee relations, and performance management.

Typical Day Looks Like:
_


  • Serve as a key member of the Human Resources team, aligning business support with company objectives.
  • Implement and manage new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs.
  • Act as a change agent, identifying continuous improvement opportunities in HR processes and systems.
  • Maintain optimal functions of HRIS, providing user support and conducting training as needed.
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training and work assessments.
  • Administer routine tasks related to compensation, benefits, retirement savings, and leave of absence.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Provide guidance on employmentrelated issues to operations leadership.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Gather and analyze Human Resources metrics such as turnover and employee engagement surveys.
  • Administer compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR and employment law.

What Does It Take?_**- A minimum of three years of human resources experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
  • HRIS experience required; human resource certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment, both independently and within teams.
  • Intermediate user of the Microsoft Office suite, advanced user preferred.
