    About Us


    Royal Engineers and Consultants is seeking a Project Engineer to work on an extensive construction program at Tyndall AFB, FL.

    The assignment will last one year (base) and two optional years.

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    Review submittals, contractor questions, RFIs, and construction schedules.

    Identifying and addressing construction deficiencies, project issues, requests for equitable adjustment, and claims.

    Making written recommendations to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

    Compute time extensions and assist in preparing documents for change orders and claims.

    Making technical interpretations of drawings and specifications.

    Providing engineering determinations on meeting the contract requirements.

    Making practicability determinations from a construction standpoint.

    Utilizing the Resident Management System (RMS)

    The Criteria for Joining Our Team

    A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting large, complex, multimillion-dollar construction projects.


    Professional knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, and practices regarding engineering duties concerned with designing, installing, and inspecting equipment and systems for sizeable military construction activity.

    Familiarity with related engineering fields, such as electrical, mechanical, and civil.
