In this role, we are looking for you to expand the business by recruiting, training, and activating new Western Union agents, as well as managing business development activities with existing agents in your specific territory.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Through acquiring new agents, you are responsible for achieving/exceeding sales quotas/targets in the entire territory.
  • Manage the endtoend sales process, including selling the entire product portfolio, where/when relevant, including the entire agent implementation phase.
  • Responsible for acquiring, negotiating, and signing contracts with new agents, collecting necessary documents, submitting required documents, managing the activation process, and training the location.
  • Focus on expanding new locations to ensure they reach their full revenue potential.
  • Regularly visit highperforming locations and identify and resolve issues in the current network.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in field sales or customer product maintenance.
  • Strong negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to train and listen to your agents and build trust with them.
  • Written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
