We are looking for a proactive and reliable
full-time Payroll and Accounting Clerk for a long-term position.

This renowned and internationally operating company in the service sector is based in
Bremen and stands out with its diverse range of services, maintaining long-term relationships with its clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a Payroll and Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for independently and timely processing payroll and salary payments
You will support employees from entry to exit, handle tax and social securityrelated issues, and provide advice on various personnel matters
Additionally, you will handle reporting and certification processes and correspond with social security institutions and authorities
In your daily administrative tasks, you will record working hours, absences, and employee data

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant work experience as a Payroll and Accounting Clerk
You have good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
You are proficient in using MS Office programs
Your empathetic, dynamic, and knowledgeable personality sets you apart
Your communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and proactive work style complete your profile
