Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for preparing and conducting scoping workshops and project workshops.
  • You will actively define, develop, and manage implementation timelines and project budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • You will manage project scope and utilize appropriate mechanisms to control changes from start to finish.
  • You will be handson in the Salesforce implementation process.
  • You will contribute to expanding our client relationships and developing our consulting methods.
  • You will effectively communicate realistic commitments for project execution and consistently deliver on those commitments.

Qualifications:

  • You have relevant experience as a project manager, ideally in Salesforce projects.
  • You are familiar with project management tools for managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • You have a strong understanding of customerrelated business processes in sales, marketing, and service.
  • You possess creative and analytical/conceptual skills.
  • You ideally have a background in business administration.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
