Your Mission

You are responsible for coordinating and recording the general accounting at Heritage Lake
You take on exciting tasks in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
You support our Head of Accounting and take on responsibilities such as reporting or solving tax and commercial law issues
As an allrounder, you have a basic understanding of data sources, origins, and uses, and can contribute to the development and optimization of financial processes and systems
Due to your high level of expertise, you see yourself as a contact person for auditors, authorities, or tax offices
You support our Head of Accounting in the contentrelated management of the 4person team

This sounds like you

You have successfully completed your commercial training and ideally have further training as a certified accountant or similar qualifications
You have acquired your comprehensive knowhow through several years of relevant work experience, preferably in the field of ecommerce
You have excellent knowledge of financial reporting according to HGB and enjoy sharing your knowledge with less experienced colleagues
You are proficient in Excel and MS Office programs, as well as experience with common accounting systems and especially DATEV
You are an entrepreneurial and responsible person with a handson mentality and stand out for your solution and process orientation, as well as a structured way of working and strong teamwork skills
