System Technology Clerk

Your tasks in internal service include:

  • Provision, transportation, installation (including assembly on stairs and ladders), configuration, and support of hardware
  • Troubleshooting
  • System monitoring
  • Management of client and server operating systems, rights management
  • Participation in the helpdesk (including hotline service) and initiation of error correction measures, first and second level support

You bring with you:


  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable degree
  • Knowledge of networked PC environments with Windows and Windows Server, Windows Terminal Services and Citrix, MS Exchange
  • IT knowledge and practical experience in using standard and application software
  • Knowledge of internet and network technologies
  • Understanding of technical English is an advantage (research in specialist literature)
  • Knowledge of processes in public administration is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking, independent and solutionoriented work style
  • Initiative, resilience
  • Teamwork, conflict management skills
  • Driver's license class B
The willingness to use a private car for official purposes is required.
